We support Windows 10/11, Android 11 and above. Customers can choose the system according to the software adaptation. We also support the delivery of bare metal without system, and customers can install the system by themselves.
2. What are the sizes of the main and secondary screens? Can they be customized?
The standard main screen is a 15.6-inch high-definition IPS touch screen, and the secondary screen is an 11.6-inch or 13.3-inch , 10.1-inch display. The size of the secondary screen, whether it is touch-sensitive, etc. can be customized according to customer needs.
3. Is the touch screen a capacitive screen or a resistive screen? Does it support multi-touch?
The default high-definition G+G capacitive touch screen supports 10-point touch. Resistive screens can be customized for special industry needs (such as operation with gloves). We have our own screens factory.
4. Does it support external printers, barcode scanners, cash boxes and other peripherals?
